A CRM Analytics practice built on 150+ engagements since 2017, productized.
CRMA Labs is a productized consultancy. Four engagement packages, fixed-fee, read-only by default. Built for Salesforce orgs that bought CRM Analytics in 2014-2020 and now need it modernized for the current decade.
What we do
Salesforce CRM Analytics
We work across every rebrand of the platform, from Wave Analytics and Einstein Analytics through Tableau CRM to today's CRM Analytics: dataflow and Recipe authoring, dataset architecture, security predicate design, and dashboard adoption analysis.
Tableau + Power BI
Dashboard builds, workbook and report tuning, and migrations run alongside the CRMA practice. Same fixed-fee scoping, same handoff standard: your team owns the result.
Einstein Discovery
On Einstein Discovery we cover feature engineering, model card review, leakage detection, and model governance. We are especially good at catching the 92%-accurate models that are actually leaking, then rebuilding them at an honest 65-75%.
Agentforce 360 + Anthropic readiness
For Agentforce 360 and Anthropic readiness we design MCP exposure architecture, configure Claude trust boundaries, and score datasets for natural-language agent access. Pre-2020 Wave and Einstein implementations need this most.
Data Cloud + Snowflake integration
Data Cloud and Snowflake integration engagements cover zero-copy data sharing, multi-org architecture, and real-time eventing, scoped through design and implementation handoff.
Operating values
Productized over bespoke
Most consulting firms run discovery to scope the work and bill the discovery. We pre-scoped four packages and price them publicly. The customer knows the cost on day one. We know the deliverable on day one. Both sides save the discovery overhead.
Honest fit conversations
We turn down engagements that aren't a fit. If a customer needs Apex development or Looker work, we say so and recommend an alternative. Misfit engagements waste both parties' time. Saying no early earns more long-term referrals than saying yes badly.
Specificity earns trust
Real predicate JSON, real timing benchmarks, and real cost-control numbers. Vague claims read as marketing; specific claims read as expertise. Every assertion in our deliverables has a number, a query, or a citation behind it.
Knowledge transfer is the default
Engagement deliverables include the documentation that lets the customer's team take over. The recorded walkthrough is theirs. The architecture decisions are explained. We are not building a knowledge moat.
