How we deliver Salesforce CRM Analytics outcomes in fixed-fee scopes.
Our methodology is shaped by hundreds of CRMA engagements across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and CPG. The constants: read-only access, quantified scoring, fixed-fee scopes, and knowledge transfer as the explicit goal.
The five pillars
Discovery without disruption
We work read-only. Day one is a Salesforce CRMA Viewer profile provisioned for our team. We never touch record data, edit dashboards in your production org, or make changes outside the explicit sprint scope. Discovery gathers the facts, not the keys.
Quantified scoring over qualitative opinion
Every CRMA dataset we audit gets a numerical score against our 10-dimension compatibility rubric: schema stability, cardinality hygiene, date-feature integrity, null density, join integrity, security predicate clarity, classification, vintage, refresh latency, and documentation. Scoring is repeatable, transferable, and auditable.
Fixed-fee scoping, not hourly billing
Audits are $999 fixed. Sprints are $5,999 fixed for an agreed deliverable. Retainers are $5,000 monthly for 10 hours. No SOW renegotiation, no hourly creep, no surprise invoices. Engagement scope changes only with explicit written agreement.
Delivery as artifact, not slideware
Every audit ends with a 12-page report and a 30-minute walkthrough. Every sprint ends with a working dashboard, recipe, or model in your org plus the architecture documentation that lets your team maintain it. Slide decks are not a deliverable.
Knowledge transfer is the goal, not the threat
Most consulting practices build knowledge moats so the client cannot operate without them. We do the opposite. The walkthrough is recorded. The architecture is documented. The query patterns are explained. The goal is for your team to take over after the engagement ends. Repeat business comes from doing the next thing well, not from holding the previous thing hostage.
Engagement phases
Phase 1 — Intake
We confirm scope fit. If we're not the right team for your specific need, we say so up front and recommend an alternative. Engagement begins only when both parties believe the scope and outcome are matched.
Phase 2 — Provisioning
Your Salesforce admin creates a CRM Analytics Viewer profile assigned to our delivery team. Our team logs in, confirms access scope, and begins enumeration. No data modification rights, ever.
Phase 3 — Discovery
Audit: dataset inventory, dashboard adoption analysis, dataflow / Recipe enumeration, security predicate audit, Einstein Discovery model card review. Sprint: focused investigation of the agreed deliverable scope.
Phase 4 — Synthesis + Delivery
Audit: written report, scoring matrix, 90-day priority roadmap with engineering-effort estimates, walkthrough call. Sprint: dashboard, Recipe, or model deployed to your org with architecture documentation.
Phase 5 — Walkthrough + Handoff
We screen-share the deliverable. We explain the architecture decisions. Your team asks questions. The recording is yours, the architecture documentation is yours, and the deliverable is yours. Engagement is closed unless you opt into the retainer.
Operating principles
- 01Read-only access by default. Never edit production org data.
- 02Quantified scoring over qualitative opinion.
- 03Fixed-fee scoping. No hourly creep.
- 04Delivery is the artifact. Slide decks are not a deliverable.
- 05Knowledge transfer is the goal. We are not building a moat.
- 06If we're not the right team, we say so before invoicing.
